Is It Too Much To Ask: Part II

Refer to this post. But add a washer and dryer hook up, pretty please.

We looked at the cutest duplex apartment last night. It was in a big old house, complete with hardwood floors, charming white moldings, new tile floors, and painted kitchen cabinets. Perfect! Except for the fact that there wasn't a place for a laundry hookup...which was a total deal killer. I'm not asking for anything as spectacular as these laundry rooms, just a simple washer and dryer will do.
