Reid Blasts Airline
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is blasting US Airways for moving its hub out of his home state of Nevada. He's also angry the airline doesn't have more pilots who speak in Negro dialects.
Paying for the Failures
The White House wants to impose new fees on the banks to help recover the losses from the bailouts of AIG, GM and Chrysler. And when the banks run out of money, the government will just start mugging people on the A train.
Walmart Bag Charge
Walmart is now charging customers for grocery bags. But on the other hand, most Walmart customers should be able to take advantage of the discount for carrying out purchased items in their stretchy pants.
Jeter Engaged
The good news for actress Minka Kelly is that her boyfriend, Derek Jeter, has finally proposed and they will be married in November. The bad news is the best man will be Tiger Woods.
No Tuition Break
New Jersey has decided not to offer in-state college tuition breaks to illegal aliens. As a result, Rutgers is not going to be able to field a soccer team this year.
