Odd Shot Jug

In Norway it is prohibited by law to smoke in restaurants and other indoor, public areas - including work. This makes the freezing, smoke-addicted people smoke outdoor. So outside a number of buildings you will find a variable amount of people (mostly women it seems to me), huddling around some trash-can or other.

But I have never seen a jug like this.
